The Woman in White

I'm really psyched about seeing this. Previews on Broadway start October 28th. It will be so awesome to see Michael Ball and Ron, and Maria in the same show! Get the full cast list here. I haven't read the novel, and won't have time to before I see the show. *Maybe* I'll have time to read it over Christmas, but I already have a lot of stuff planned.

I just got the OLC album from Amazon, but I haven't gotten to listen to it yet. Yes, I really have been *that* busy. I wanted to know the plot before I saw it live (I'm notorious for that), so last night I saw the Mobil Masterpiece Theatre version. Cast and info here. The cast was great, and the only problem was that they gave Count Fosco a more minor role than I know he has in the book. (B/c even though I haven't read it, I've heard stuff about it...) For all my 19th C loving people out there, was Wilkie a common name? I've never heard of anyone else having it... Is it a nickname for something else? Is anyone ever named that today?
